The Judgment of America
My name is Matthew Washington. I am the young Negroid who was at the White House in Washington, D.C., February 27 – March 17, 1976, asking about my rights guaranteed by the U.S. constitution and protection from racist white cops and police brutality in my home town of Savannah, Georgia.

Former President Gerald Ford alleged that I was the Black Messiah and I was forced back to Savannah and Mr. Ford ordered a carnage against me on March 20, 1976 in a so called two hour gun battle at my mother’s home at 1524, Stuyvesant Street in Savannah, Georgia.

There was a Kangaroo Court trial held January 17-25, 1977 and there were no constitutional rights at that Kangaroo trial. The State was seeking the death penalty – the case was called a White House case. I even have a so called Secret Service hold on me, even now. In the so called two hour gun battle the officer was killed in a cross fire by a fellow officer….

I personally have tried to reconcile with the leaders in America many years and at the same time the Secret Service, the F.B.I. and C.I.A., etc. (America is like a serpent; there is no reconciliation with a snake.) are trying to take my life. After my experiences with the American leaders, the courts, both state and Federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court, and the American News Media, I must say America is a fraud. And I must agree with the international community that America is one nation under Satan and not God. And not only that it’s a ludicrously strong delusion that America created that it was one nation under God. Well, the reality is the world itself is one nation under God. I want to thank all the people in the international community for their time and attention and support. Because America’s greatest power has been secrecy.

Come now Matthew Washington and appeals to the eleventh circuit court of appeals. I am not proceeding and do not wish to appeal this matter as or in forma pauperis. Because of this court’s dereliction I am and have been suppressed by mental health medications and I am a victim of psychiatric abuse and condoned by the Southern District of Georgia.

Mental health medications are being used against me as punishment instigated by the U.S. Secret Service and the F.B.I. and C.I.A. The same people that killed and destroyed Dr. Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.

I, Matthew Washington Prose, appeals this court’s adverse decision of February 27, 2003.
