Hello,
I'm a 29 year old Hispanic male. I'm 5'10", 170 lbs., with dark brown eyes and black curly hair. I'm currently serving a 20-year sentence for the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child. I've been incarcerated since May 5th, 1995. I'm not sure when I'll be released, it depends. My long way discharge date would be in 2015. My next scheduled parole date is in 2008. I am about to begin studies and research pertaining to criminal law in general, but my case in particular. I believe there were errors on my case that, if proven, might possibly overturn my case or give me a time reduction. So I'm working and will continue to work very hard at that.

I have never corresponded with anyone other than my family in these 11 plus years I've been incarcerated. I've always considered myself the type to depend on myself and do for myself. But I've realized now that it's not a bad thing to let others help me out with some things in my life. There's nothing wrong with it and I know that now. So at this time, I am open to any help that anyone may be willing to offer me.

Enclosed are 3 pictures, that's me with the G.I. Joe shirt on, about 6 or 7 years old. That's me with the gold chain on, about 15 years old and that's me in the middle with the white prison clothes on, about 19 years old. These are the best pictures I have of me at this time. I'll try to get some new ones of me taken soon.

Let me say at this time that, to all of you who are reading my ad, please don't look at me as an awful person because of my crime. I can honestly tell you that despite all my wrongs, I am a very kind, easy going person. I have a good heart and a good sense of humor. I like sports, outdoors, exercising, working, having fun, in a responsible way. At this time, I'm looking for friendship and assistance. However, with the right person, I would like to settle down and get married and raise a family. I look forward to hearing some responses to my ad!
