Hello,
My name is Jonathan, I'm 34 years old and I'm looking for a mature woman; someone who's into good conversation and consistent correspondence. Born January 27th, I find myself to be a true Aquarius in the sense that I'm more into the intellectual aspect of a woman than her physical attributes. As a child I can remember asking my father what the difference was between a "Pretty" woman and a "Beautiful" woman and his response to me was, "Pretty is temporary and beauty; true beauty is infinite." When I asked how I'd know the difference between the two he explained that when a man finds a woman who is truly beautiful to him, she will inspire him to create, and the things which he creates will be a reflection of the beauty he sees in her.

I share this story with you today because I want whoever is reading this to know and understand that I am far from a superficial person. What I'm looking for in a woman can't be covered up or dressed up. For the past seven years I have focused all of my time and energy on three things. First and most importantly, obtaining my freedom which I hope to have within the next few years. Second is a book that I've been working on entitled "A Cry that was Never Heard." And last but not least, five days a week I work in the Culinary Arts department of this facility teaching guys how to cook as well as taking the time to sharpen my own skills with hopes of being able to open my own restaurant upon my release.

I write as a hobby and use it as a tool to express some of my most intimate thoughts. I cook because it's something that I'm very passionate about and love doing. In addition to that I feel as if cooking allows me to express those things inside me which words could never convey.

In closing I'd like to say that if I could pick and choose how I meet people you could rest assured that it would not be from behind these walls. However, being the optimist that I am, I don't look at this as being a big obstacle, but rather a great opportunity. David Brinkley once said "A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks that others throw at him."
