The Pampered Prisoner Prison Pen Pals

Sweetness Guaranteed

I am a 30 year old single Pisces. Seeking a pen-pal/friendship. Prior to my incarceration (non-violent) my home was Goldsboro, N.C. I enjoy reading and writing poetry, listening to R&B music and a good laugh. What I miss the most is the warmth of family and friends which came to halt upon my sentencing.

I'd like to attract a male (not-incarcerated) who is humorous, values honesty, "open-minded", enjoys writing letters, taking pictures and if he lives in the area visitation at some point. I prefer to receive a photo in your first letter.

I also would like to add that I am seeking financial assistance (money order form) from all who have interest in corresponding. This isn't a requirement but the help is needed and will be greatly appreciated. I'm worth getting to know - so take a chance and drop me a line.

I TRY...

I try to remember the day you were born and
the joy I felt so that when they take you away
I'll remember what you looked like– how you felt

I try to remember when you called me your friend
so that when you betray me anger won't arise and
I'll still be your friend

I try to remember Christmas mornings with you
so that throughout the year I can grasp the love
that remained after all the presents were opened

I try to remember when I was five years old–no
matter what I did you forgave me so that I'll
never put a limit on my forgiveness

I try to remember my father being alive and
his unconditional love so that I'll never forget
the one man who loved me back

I try to remember when you told me my last
name meant I belonged to a family so that I'll
still feel family warmth after you're gone

I try to remember that every day is given and
each breath I take is due to grace so that
I'll never forget to pray
