A powerful desire to take action on my own behalf. I do believe that to some extent, we create our own destiny, likewise our own miseries. What many citizens fail to realize is that many felons are the product or by-product of economic, environmental and social factor that have played a major factor in their criminal activities. It is a failure of our system that we try to alleviate the crime with a non-rehabilitative prison system in which the prisoner comes out no better then when they went in and in many instances, worse. I created this profile to possibly help reform some part of the Criminal Justice system. In the process of doing so, I'm seeking like minded individuals who want to help make a difference. Freedom isn't free!

There are many ways to help another human being. Writing packages (20 envelopes, 20 stamps and 150 sheets of basic lined paper) quarterly packages (shoes, clothes, cosmetics and food) obtained through prison venders and of course donations and contributions (checks and money orders should be addressed to inmate with CDC # next to name) are welcome too! Many parolees leave with nothing and go into nothing. I addition I'd also like to correspond and develop friendships with those who are understanding, open-minded and are in touch with reality deep within. I would love to hear from those in foreign countries as well.
