My name is Erick D. Edwards, but everyone call me Erick. I am originally from Chicago, Illinois, but moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at an early age. I'm a 30 year old African-American who stands at six-foot-one and weighs approximately 195 pounds. I have brown eyes, caramel skin, an athletic build, and a desire to have someone to correspond with.

I'm an aspiring poet who is fun and outgoing. I'm spontaneous, full of surprises, curiosity, and life. I enjoy traveling, singing (the little bit of singing I know how to do), the outdoors, and the simple pleasures of life; such as, a good laugh and a bowl of ice cream, ha-ha. I love to make other people smile because it's good for the soul. I like country music, Jazz, Classic Rock, the Blues and R&B. I also love horses, and I'm a real big fan of holidays and cookouts as you can see from the pictures. So what about yourself? What do you like, dislike, and enjoy.

Right now I'm currently working as a plumber but I'm actually a heating & air-conditioning technician by trade. I'm striving to better myself and reach my goals and dreams within the means of my situation with the help of God. Yes, I am enduring a downfall in my life right now. Bit I personally believe that bad experiences and setbacks are stepping-stones that make you a better personal overall. I also believe that everybody deserves a first and sometimes second chance at life. WHY? Because there is some good in the worst of us and some bad in the best of us. I just want to correspond with someone who is down-to-earth, honest, and real. Hopefully, someone like yourself. That someone who has a good sense of humor, a good heart, and a good attitude towards life. Age, race, looks, nor gender matters when you need a shoulder to lean on and an ear that listens. I was once told that "Everybody needs somebody to talk to every now & then", and how true it is. Because I want to talk with you and maybe you want to talk with me.
