Legal Assistance
In 1992, while in Roanoke, VA. approx. 10:06 a.m. I was stopped for traffic violation, and arrested for a misdemeanor charge. After being in jail, approx. 3:30 p.m. during the inventory shift, 7.0 gram of crack residues, was accidentally found stuck under the front seat of the patrol car, which was transported... being a Latin man, not from the area, I was tried with a set-up! Jury and court appointed attorney of that circle, which eventually I was found guilty with a fixed sentence of 40 years. In spite, not even the finger prints of that was mine.

The fact is, that I doesn't have had any formal legal representation, or legal help from someone else. To claim my legal rights and freedom from so damage... After serving 15 years in prison, twice of the required time for that sentence, then since 2000, the parole board of Virginia, won't consider me for Conditional Release, despite the fact that I don't even smoke, use drugs, or drink! Further since 1994, they placed me in isolation status and still on! Thus for I am seeking any legal assistance, pro bono, etc., OR legal aid from anyone who may care to provide any help in regard.

Due to my legal and other paper works, often I need copies to be made; and therefore I am seeking anybody, who maybe able to make copies, for a moderate fee! Also, as a pro se currently I have a good petition of Habeas Corpus, before the Court, which I seek anybody who can provide any help.
