INNOCENT AND IT CAN BE PROVEN
I was convicted of firearm and threat charges in Fresno County Superior Court, case no. 671717-7 in July 2003. I received a 27 year prison sentence of which 85% must be served. The convictions were based on the accusations of one person who embezzled over $50,000.00 in cash and property from me. Evidence was suppressed that proves my innocence and every prosecution witness committed perjury. The appeal process was fruitless due to a variety of reasons. I currently have a State petition for writ of habeas corpus pending in the California Supreme Court, file no. S136590. In the petition I am claiming my innocence and that multiple other issues denied me a fair trial which resulted in the wrongful convictions. I need help by obtaining documentary evidence, receiving assistance in preparing a Federal writ of habeas corpus and by obtaining legal books and materials. Any assistance, suggestions or referrals you may have will be greatly appreciated.
